Money adviser guidance

There are two categories of money adviser under DAS, a money adviser and a continuing money adviser.  Both will carry out the same function up until the DAS debt payment proposal (DPP) is ready to be submitted to creditors.  At this point the money adviser will send the proposal to the DAS Administration office to be submitted to creditors.   The continuing money adviser, however, will submit the proposal to creditors themselves and will not submit the DPP to the DAS Administrator until after the 21 days are up.

This section will contain

  • operating guidance to instruct the money adviser on the process and the theory of DAS
  • process maps to give a step by step  guide on how certain tasks are carried  out on DASH
  • current training material on the new DAS processes
